After seeing multiple bushings like this, Pete changed the development priorities. We now have a dedicated staff in Au developing products specifically for he USA. So it is a big deal to change priorities, but we did. All you AWD guys just hang loose and get them checked out every 7500 miles or so

I am not sure if this is a serviceable bushing from Chrysler. If it is like the majority of them, it is not.

It is not serviceable, it's an Arm Assembly from Chrysler

....ask me how i know, lol
I just got off the phone w/ the local dealer and ordered a set of bushings (front and rear for the front LCA) and had no problem ordering the bushings alone. I didn't have to order the entire arm assembly. It is serviceable.

In addition, watching the vid posted by the OP, you can clearly see that the bushing and arm are not one peice and the bushing is pressed in.

Did you call the dealership diredtly to inquire abouot the bushings, or did your mechanic tell you that the entire thing needed to be replaced?

Edit - I see you own (?) your own shop - why am I able to buy the bushings if the arm is not a serviceable part? Not insinuating that you don;t know, I'm trying to find out to fix my own car.

There's a bunch of numbers on the packages, not sure which one is the part number.

Front bushing - loc: LAB5763C3, DOC: 8022858-7, 04895090AC,

Rear bushing - loc: LAB6221H5, DOC: 8022858-6, 04782991AC,

The lower control arm for an AWD is a one piece which means their are 3 areas the unit can go bad on. So if one area goes bad or you hear a creak, clank, or springy mattress sound then the whole unit has to be replaced. This sucks and its more expensive then the other 300's that have 1 bushing.

Also replacing it can be a bit tough as we all know Chrysler and Dodge cars do not have the best track record for suspension components.

Check out this video of this person removing the entire control arm. It's pretty well explained:
